I’ve been meaning to send you an email of gratitude and appreciation for the service our agency gave us. We started our journey last year when we wanted to sell our house and Wendy helped us to list it. In the process of getting a buyer for our listed property we saw another property that was very ideal for our family to move in as it ticked all the boxes.

Having contacted 2 agencies in the Velddrif area without any response, I found an advert in Sloep Wes of WeTrade Property.

Melanie and Sarel were only too willing to assist. I found Melanie very friendly and accommodating to our requirements.

She took us straight to a house being built which met all our needs. Not only was I informed about the pros, but also nothing was withheld regarding the cons. For example, among others, Melanie told us that there was a fish factory nearby and when the wind blew, we would get the smell from it.
