It is important to note that anyone can purchase one of these Sectional Title units. To reside in the village only one partner needs to be 50 years of age.

This lovely village is situated opposite the popular Brentwood Mall which has a Pick n Pay as well as many other shops which also include an Optician and Physiotherapist. There are many eating places in the mall and very soon there will also be a petrol station. This makes it very convenient especially for the folk who no longer drive as it is just across the road from Country Life Village.
